How to Run

1. Unzip the source and run npm ci (or npm install).
2. Copy .env.example to .env.
3. Run npm run dev and open http://localhost:3000.
4. See FIX_INSTALL_WINDOWS.md if npm ci fails on Windows.

Continuation Notes

• This is the '_FIXED' build: it ships 4 concrete fixes over the prior version — async form-reset handling, standalone static-asset copy, accessible headings, and a vulnerable transitive PostCSS dependency.

Known Limitations

• JSONL file persistence, not a production database
• Rate limiter is in-memory and resets on restart
• Admin default credentials must be changed before any public deployment
• Docker build is self-disclosed as untested against a real Docker daemon
• No LICENSE file included in the source — add one before redistributing if required
